Your Mission:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Travel Consultant - Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the travel industry, excellent customer service skills, and a strong background in operations management. This role involves overseeing travel consultants, managing travel operations, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews, etc.
• Diagnose clients' specifications and wishes, and suggest suitable travel packages or services.
• Organize travels from start to finish, including booking tickets, accommodation, and rental transportation.
• Provide travelers with relevant information and travel materials such as guides, maps, and event programs.
• Collect deposits and balances.
• Create promotional materials and techniques to sell tour packages.
• Handle unforeseen problems and complaints, and determine eligibility for refunds.
• Attend conferences to stay updated on tourism trends.
• Create and maintain electronic records of clients.
• Maintain relationships with key contacts.
• Keep financial statements and documents.
• Achieve revenue and profit targets.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in the tourism industry.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Knowledge of travel software, including reservation systems, GDS, and e-travel.
• Strong sales skills and customer-oriented approach.
• Extensive travel industry experience and good geographical knowledge.
• Diploma, Graduate, Postgraduate, or Tourism Graduate qualification preferred.
