As a Hospice CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, end-of-life care while working alongside a supportive clinical team.
Patient Care: Assist hospice patients in inpatient and outpatient settings under the supervision of an RN or LPN
Daily Living Assistance: Support personal care needs to promote comfort, safety, and cleanliness
Emotional Support: Provide compassionate, respectful care to patients and their families
Comfort-Focused Care: Help enhance quality of life during end-of-life care
Professional Service: Respond to patient and family needs with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications
Active Arizona CNA license
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Minimum one year of healthcare experience preferred (a caring heart is essential)
Skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and respectful care
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
