Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) — No nights, weekends, or holidays

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support patients in the Reading, PA, and surrounding area. This role offers meaningful one-on-one care and a consistent weekday schedule, providing a true work-life balance.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday
• Daytime hours (generally 8:30 am – 4:30 pm)
• No nights, weekends, or holidays
• Mileage reimbursement

Requirements:

• Active Pennsylvania CNA certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Hospice or home care experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and compassionate approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of the interdisciplinary team.

What you’ll do:

• Provide personal care and comfort to hospice patients in homes and facilities.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility.
• Offer emotional support and companionship.
• Report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Document services provided and follow the established plan of care.
• Support dignity, comfort, and quality of life at every visit.
