Position Overview:

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Adult/Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a collaborative pain management and primary care practice in the Bronx, NY. This role focuses on delivering patient-centered care in a team-oriented environment, specializing in pain management, internal medicine, and family practice.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program.
• Licensure/Certifications: Must have an active New York State NP license and Board Certification as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Experience: Open to new graduates ; experience in pain management, primary care, or internal medicine is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in chronic pain management and preventive care.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and ability to work in a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record patient medical history and symptoms.
• Create patient care plans and contribute to existing plans.
• Perform physical exams and patient observations.
• Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
• Educating and counseling patients and their families.
