Warehouse Order Pickers to join our amazing team! All our employees have a variety of opportunities for growth within their position and the company as a whole! What to expect day to day: If being physically active at work is important to you, you definitely need to read on!
- You will be moving, bending, & lifting items up to 80 lbs. all throughout your entire shift and nearly 6000 lbs. per hour, it’s like a gym membership without the gym membership!
- Safe operation of electric pallet jacks to move throughout the warehouse to build, organize and palletize product and staging orders when they are ready for shipment.
- You will be responsible for preparing customer orders that grow our business, instilling and reinforcing safety above all else.
- On occasion work in a refrigerated/freezer portion of the warehouse with temperatures ranging from 35 degrees to as low as negative 25 degrees in the freezer.
- Must be consistent, attentive to detail and informed about the products the company provides to be able to provide the customers exactly what they need and expect.
- Communicate with supervisors and warehouse department employees any issues related to performing duties.
- Find and communicate ways to improve and or increase productivity.
- Conducted day by day checks of powered equipment, by means of a safety checklist, to make sure such equipment is in fine working order.
- Must be able to step up and down an 8-inch step continually throughout the workday.
- This Union position will be part of Teamsters Local 690.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Step 2; 1040 Hours Worked - $26.34 per hour.

- Step 4; 4160 Hours Worked - $30.30 per hour.
- Step 5; 6240 Hours Worked - $32.93 per hour.
