Verizon Sales Account Representatives Are Responsible For:

• Educate customers on how Verizon 5G enhances everyday connectivity, productivity, and entertainment.
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored wireless solutions to meet those needs effectively.
• Track customer feedback to help improve service delivery and product offerings.
• Attend local outreach efforts to promote Verizon’s presence and offerings.
• Assist customers with onboarding, device setup, and understanding plan features.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust messaging and approach accordingly.
• Support team training efforts by sharing insights and successful sales techniques.
• Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and in compliance with company policies.

Verizon Sales Account Representatives Skills:

• Previous experience in sales or any customer-facing role is a huge advantage
