Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience driving and operating tow trucks.
• Clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of towing and roadside assistance procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Operate tow trucks to transport vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Respond promptly to service calls and provide roadside assistance as needed.
• Assess vehicle conditions and determine the best towing methods.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and customer interactions.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of tow trucks to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
