The company, formed in 2020 through the combination of Raytheon Company and the United Technologies Corporation aerospace businesses, is headquartered in Arlington, VA. **The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:** The Product Lifecycle Services (PLS) team within Raytheon Technologies Enterprise Services DT organization has an immediate opening for a business solution analyst on the Supplier team specifically assigned to the area of the (S2P) Source to Pay (SAP and Ariba) support. **What You Will Do:** + Perform as an DT analyst supporting the sustainment of existing S2P Solution applications (Ariba, MDG and CIG) and related integrated applications and systems. + This role involves working in a fast-paced team environment with other DT professionals to design and test proposed solutions to identified issues and requests. + Tasks will include coordinating technical design, testing, and maintenance of technical solutions. + This is a role that requires a strong analyst background with both technical and functional skills. + The candidate must be a self-starter, able to work unsupervised and have a strong knowledge and competencies with S2P system and ERP based procurement and material management processing. + The candidate will be responsible for the support operations of the S2P procurement applications and associated data integration with the SAP ERP instances. + Job functions include process design, software configuration, system testing, end user training as well as production system support. + Additional tasks will include coordinating user group requests, user acceptance testing, and maintaining enterprise support materials. + Candidate expected to work directly with business unit process experts, technical programmers and other DT team members for requirements gathering, testing, and deployment. + Candidate must be able to travel to various Raytheon sites as required to support requirements gathering, solution testing and deployment support activities **Qualifications You Must Have:** + Bachelor's degree and 10 years applicable experience or equivalent with at least 3-5 years of S2P Applications and procurement experience including: + Perform S2P Applications configuration/maintenance + Knowledge of Procurement and Material Management within S2P processes with focus on systems support. + Knowledge of technical solution development process and system integration techniques to include process flow diagram preparation with strong analytical skills and technical troubleshooting skills strong written and verbal communication skills + U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract. **Qualifications We Prefer:** + Familiarity with other SAP solutions: SRM and Ariba. + Familiarity with SAP BW/BI and ERP reporting tools + Familiarity with SAP ALE/IDoc processing + Candidate with Agile software methodology experience + Candidate with Worksoft automated testing experience **What We Offer:** Whether you're just starting out on your career journey or are an experienced professional, we offer a robust total rewards package with compensation; healthcare, wellness, retirement and work/life benefits; career development and recognition programs. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
