Join Akamai’s Microsegmentation Customer Success team!

Our customer-centric team builds innovative and tailored solutions for our customers to help them achieve their vision. We collaborate to understand our customer needs and to deliver results and possibilities for their growth and success. We build trusted relationships through clear communication, honesty and listening to our customers.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Building relationships with our clients across EMEA to understand their needs to ensure their success
• Helping our customers to flawlessly operate the Guardicore platform while ensuring they receive maximum value from our solution throughout their life cycle
• Maintaining operational excellence, managing to key KPIs including Net and Gross Retention, NPS, and Customer Health
• Ensuring Guardicore customer success while maintaining high customer satisfaction throughout all interactions with Guardicore
• Collaborating and building relationships with leaders and peers in Sales, Pre-Sales, Product Management, R&D and Customer Support

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have experience of B2B SaaS customer success or technical account management
• Have hands-on experience in troubleshooting and deploying software for large enterprises on-premises or in the cloud
• Be a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Have great communication and presentation skills in English
