As a Public Relations Associate, your primary focus will be on developing and executing PR strategies that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing public relations strategies to enhance the organization’s public image.
• Draft and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other PR materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure media coverage.
• Monitor media coverage and industry trends to inform PR strategies.
• Assist in organizing and promoting events, press conferences, and community outreach initiatives.
• Prepare reports and analyses on public relations activities and their effectiveness.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience in public relations or communications, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to create compelling content that engages and informs target audiences.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and PR management tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of current PR trends and best practices.
