Job Description

Product Backlog Management:

• Creating, prioritizing, and maintaining the product backlog.
• Creating user stories and ensuring user stories are clear, concise, and have well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Comfortable with process mapping and gap analysis with senior team support.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving approach.
• Eagerness to learn regulatory impacts, investor guidelines and compliance constraints.
• Working with the development team to ensure backlog items are understood and actionable.
• Good communication and documentation skills for working with cross functional teams and stakeholders.

Domain Knowledge

• Commercial Real Estate experience preferably in property valuation, order management, reconciliation and audit.
• Understanding of key entities: borrower, lender, investor, servicer and valuation vendor roles.

Tools & Technologies

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence and Agile Project management tools.
• Working knowledge of VISIO, Lucid chart or similar process flow creation
• Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups and data validation.
• Exposure to CRE platforms is plus.

Soft Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with different teams.
• Building strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage tasks effectively, meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Experience:

• Needs experience in Commercial Real Estate Lending

Must Have's:

• Commercial Real Estate experience preferably in property valuation, order management, reconciliation and audit
• Product Management
• Requirements and Stakeholder management
