Key Responsibilities * Cultivate lasting relationships to build a lifelong clientele. * Assist customers in selecting vehicles using consultative sales techniques. * Deliver high-quality, professional demonstrations of vehicles. * Follow up with buyers to ensure referral business. * Maintain positivity and resilience, even when faced with objections. * Regularly report to the sales manager. Qualifications * Ambitious self-starter mentality. * Eagerness to learn and grow. * Excellent communication skills. * Professional personal appearance. * Flexible availability, including weekends. * Clean driving record and valid driver's license. * Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
