Position: Meat Cutter - Full Time 

 

What you’ll do:

 

• • Provide exceptional service by accurately following product specifications to meet quality standards and customer expectations
• • Ensure precise cutting and portion control of various meat products, including special cuts and custom orders
• • Conduct regular quality checks on incoming meat, ensuring freshness and adherence to established standards
• • Present products in an appealing way, including proper packaging, labeling, and department set-up
• • Maintain product quality through rotation, storage, and date checks
• • Comply with all health, food safety, and workplace safety standards, including proper handling and cleaning of knives and equipment
• • Keep all work areas clean, sanitized, and organized at all times

 

 

What we are looking for:

 

• • Previous experience as a Meat Cutter or in a related role
• • Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
• • Knowledge of raw materials, product preparation, and quality control standards
• • Demonstrated arm-hand steadiness and knife-handling skills
• • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• • Commitment to food safety, health, and workplace safety standards

 

 

Work Environment:

• Work is performed in a Meat Production Facility
• Environment temperatures range between 0-4 degrees
