✨ What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist prospective residents, providing tours and showcasing the features and benefits of the property.

• Build strong relationships with prospects and follow up to close leases.

• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner.

• Process applications, verify information, and prepare lease documents.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure the property management software is up to date.

• Support marketing efforts by participating in outreach, events, and social media campaigns.

• Collaborate with the property team to meet occupancy goals and deliver excellent customer service.

• Assist with resident retention by handling concerns and requests efficiently.

💡 What We’re Looking For:

• Prior leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred (but not required—we train the right people!)

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Friendly, professional, and enthusiastic attitude.

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

• Basic computer skills; Yardi knowledge is a plus.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is a bonus.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
