Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) - Travel Position Location: Corpus Christi, TX Job Type: Travel Contract Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3x12s Nights Pay: $2211/week Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery RN to provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality care to patients throughout the childbirth process. The RN will manage high-risk obstetric cases, support physicians in surgical procedures, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent outcomes for mothers and newborns. Key Responsibilities: * Provide direct patient care during labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum phases. * Monitor maternal and fetal status using Intermediate Fetal Monitoring (Int. FM). * Manage OBED patients and high-risk antepartum cases. * Circulate and assist during C-sections and other obstetric surgical procedures, including Cerclage, BTL, and D&C for PPH. * Administer medications, IV therapy, and provide COVID patient care as needed. * Educate and support patients and families through the childbirth process. * Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and the care team in fast-paced, high-acuity situations. * Float as needed to Low-risk Antepartum areas. * Maintain accurate documentation in CPN & Meditech EMRs.
