HVAC Service Technician (Commercial / Industrial )

Bucks County, PA

Hourly Rate: $30.00-$40.00

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Test and record electrical, pneumatic, and gas systems.
• Test and record liquid systems.
• Perform repairs in accordance with local building codes and TMS policies.
• Maintain accurate logs of work performed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an HVAC technician
• 5 years of experience in HVAC service or repair.
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning and heating systems
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Familiarity with HVAC codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Excellent technical skills with the ability to interpret mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and water systems.
• Ability to pass a background check.
