Our law group is expanding, and we are seeking a dedicated estate planning attorney to join our team. In this role, you will counsel clients on wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives, as well as advise on estate tax strategies, probate, and trust administration. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive client matters with compassion. You’ll work closely with individuals and families to develop tailored estate plans that provide peace of mind and protect their legacies. • Meet with clients to assess goals and develop tailored estate plans
• Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives
• Advise on estate tax strategies, probate, and trust administration
• Guide clients and fiduciaries through probate and trust processes
• Stay current on changes in estate, probate, and tax law
• Collaborate with financial advisors and accountants on planning strategies
• Build lasting client relationships and provide ongoing support

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree with a legal background and Juris Doctor degree required
• Member in good standing and actively involved with the ABA (American Bar Association)
• Great communication skills, particularly in stressful and emotional situations
• At least 5-10 years of working in a law firm on estate planning and probate law issues is necessary
