We are looking for a nurturing and creative Early Childhood Teacher to join our Early Years department in Kuwait. This role is ideal for educators passionate about working with young children and skilled in delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences within the British EYFS framework. Role Overview
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will:

Deliver age-appropriate, play-based learning activities aligned with the EYFS framework

Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment

Support each child’s physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development

Track and assess learning progress through observations and formative assessments

Maintain regular communication with parents and collaborate with teaching staff

Participate in school-wide events and ongoing professional development

Candidate Profile
Essential:

Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), or equivalent certification (REQUIRED)

Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in an Early Years setting

Strong knowledge and understanding of the British EYFS framework

Fluent English speaker

Excellent classroom management and communication skills

Willingness to relocate and live in Kuwait

Preferred:

Experience in British or international schools

Familiarity with phonics programmes such as Jolly Phonics or Read Write Inc.

First Aid/CPR certification
