**Position Summary**
This role is responsible for managing decision support, business modeling, planning, forecasting, and analytics/reporting tasks for a diverse set of business categories and service lines. The focus is on driving exponential growth, optimizing vendor partnerships, and delivering best-in-class member experiences across both physical and digital touchpoints for these services, online and in almost 600 clubs across the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
**About the Team**
The team operates across multiple business and revenue models, ranging from direct-to-member services and third-party partnerships to transactional, subscription, and commission-based structures. This role impacts the team's and company's goals by providing strategic input, financial analysis, and business performance insights, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and driving growth.
**What you'll do:**
+ Provide strategic input to the merchandising planning processes by preparing financial analysis and modeling, recommending future Sales, Expense, and KPI targets, and analyzing business performance with cross-functional areas.
+ Communicate with merchants and functional areas to understand significant variations, document and prepare results for presentation, and provide follow-up or answer any questions regarding financial issues.
+ Manage input for business decisions by producing financial models, preparing presentations and supporting materials, participating in business case presentations to senior management, and communicating forecasts, assumptions, and variances.
+ Collaborate with senior management to plan and analyze business performance by identifying gaps between business goals and corporate objectives, providing feedback on financial project risks, recommending mitigation options, supporting the budget process, and providing insights on trends.
+ Coordinate and oversee job-related activities by developing relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans to meet business needs, identifying goals and objectives, measuring progress, addressing improvement opportunities, and promoting continuous learning.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 5 years' experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 7 years' experience
i n accounting, finance, or related area.
2 years' supervisory experience.
2 years' experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
