What You’ll Do:

Develop, document, and refine our administrative procedures so nothing falls through the cracks.
Lead our morning huddle to set the tone for the day, clarify roles, and ensure every voice is heard.
Implement simple communication tools (like RPM: Result | Purpose | Measure) to keep goals crystal clear.
Oversee inventory, maintenance requests, and record-keeping—following up on every detail to completion.
