Job Overview:
One Ocean is seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations, ensuring timely and safe delivery while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to navigate efficiently through designated routes.

Duties:

• Use personal vehicle, an SUV or small van capable of carrying at least 150 to 200 pounds of cargo, to transport goods (twice a week) to customers.
• Retrieve air freight shipments from MCO Airport and deliver directly to customers.
• Load and unload products from the vehicle.
• Follow designated routes and schedules while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status and any issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including obtaining signatures and documenting any discrepancies.

Experience:

• Previous experience in commercial driving or route driving is preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, including loading and unloading procedures.
• Experience using pallet jacks or similar equipment is a plus.
• Strong driving skills with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks associated with moving goods.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Type: Part-time.

Pay: $150.00 per day.

Expected hours: 8 to 12 hours per week.

Shift:

• Approximately 4-hour shift per day.
• Mix of Day shift, Morning shift or Overnight shift.
• Shift is comprised of delivering fresh seafood to 3-4 customers in the Orlando, FL metro area.

Work Days:

• Monday to Friday.

Work Location: In person.

Our first customerswere the restaurants of Kissaki Hospitality Group which, withits own Fishery and Wildlife License, had been importingsushi grade fish and shellfish directly from internationalmarkets since 2019.One Ocean specializes in selling uni, caviar and seafoodsourced directly from the Toyosu Market in Japan. We alsopurchase from fishermen in California, Montauk, LongIsland, the Outer Banks, Gloucester Bay and more. We sellonly the best quality fish that is caught in its own ecosystem– and bring it market as rapidly as possible for the countries most demanding culinary customers.
