This role offers an exciting opportunity to analyze complex datasets and generate actionable insights that directly support federal agency operations. The Data Analyst will work with large-scale data, validate financial models, and create interactive dashboards to inform decision-making. The position requires a detail-oriented professional who can collaborate across teams, ensure data quality and compliance, and communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Accountabilities Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and provide actionable recommendations. Validate financial models, charts, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools. Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure high-quality input for analytics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data governance, quality management, and reporting initiatives. Conduct regular quality control checks on financial monitoring products and reports to maintain data integrity. Prepare clear documentation of methodologies, findings, and presentations for stakeholders. Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and methodologies in data analysis to enhance capabilities. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of data analysis experience, preferably in the public sector or federal government environment. Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis. Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Effective communication skills, able to present complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field. U.S. Citizenship is required; willingness to obtain a security clearance.
