Job Description

A prestigious boutique law firm in Rockville, MD is seeking an experienced Estate Tax Law Attorney to join our team. This position offers a partnership track for exceptional candidates.

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled attorney to develop and implement sophisticated estate tax planning strategies, guide clients through probate processes, and provide expert legal advice on complex estate and tax issues.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement estate tax planning strategies
Guide clients through probate and estate administration
Provide legal advice on complex estate and tax issues
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with attorneys, accountants, and financial planners

Qualifications

Active Maryland Bar license (DC, VA & FL Bar licenses okay)
Minimum 2 years of experience in estate tax law or related fields
Exceptional communication and analytical skills
Meticulous attention to detail

Compensation
