Position Overview:

DentalQore is a practice growth and technology company seeking a full-time, high-energy, customer-focused Appointment Setter. As the first point of contact between our company and prospective clients, the Appointment Setter plays a crucial role in finding and qualifying potential clients. You will clearly convey the value of DentalQore’s products while building trust and rapport to set the foundation for successful client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential clients to move promising leads into the sales funnel.
• Serve as the initial contact for new business prospects, determining the next steps for each opportunity.
• Connect leads to Sales Representatives and arrange web meetings, phone calls, or emails.
• Actively support outbound sales strategies and lead-generating efforts.
• Establish high-quality meetings where the value of DentalQore’s products has been clearly communicated.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required (some higher education preferred).
• Minimum of one year in a customer service or related role.
• Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed goals.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and articulating value propositions via phone and email.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a consistent presence.

Compensation & Earning Potential:

• $19.23 per hour plus commissions!
