Eva Millere
“At my yoga classes i am focusing on Flow yoga and Hatha yoga.
In flow yoga all asanas/yoga positions are connected to each other and ”we go with the flow” to warm the body.
In Hatha (Ha-sun and tha – moon) Yoga we practice plus, minus polarities, that we work with left and right side of the body to balance them. ” – Eva Millere
Minnu Saravanan
“My yoga routine is a mix of warm up exercises, standing postures, sun salutations, sitting postures, prone postures, supine postures and breathing techniques (Pranayama) followed by complete relaxation of the body. I will start with a slower pace and slowly go on a faster pace, so even the beginners can cope up. The main focus is to get the flexibility and feel refreshed at the end of each session. In short, all round yoga class for mind, body and health” – Minnu Saravanan.
