Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our packaging and shipping departments. This position involves various tasks including order palletizing, packaging, inventory management, and operating warehouse equipment. A strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with MS Word, Google Sheets, and filing electronic documents is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from trucks and containers, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Build and organize pallets for shipping, maintaining an orderly workspace.
• Review production documentation to confirm order completion and proper pack labeling.
• Utilize shared network file folders to aid in order processing.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of daily tasks and adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in order audits and standard packaging practices.
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
• Familiarity with operating forklifts or similar warehouse machinery is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 75 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
