In this role, you will lead crews on commercial finish carpentry projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and efficiency on site. You will be responsible for reading blueprints, managing workflow, and maintaining digital records-all while upholding the integrity and professionalism that define our company.

Key Responsibilities - Lead a crew of finish carpenters on commercial job sites, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and meet company quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints to plan work and direct team members accordingly.
- Install, maintain, and repair finish carpentry elements, including:
- Cabinets & shelving
- Cash wraps & specialized millwork pieces
- Wall paneling & crown molding
- Baseboards, casing, trim, and door hardware
- Track and update project records using Android tablets and maintain paper time logs for the crew.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations (OSHA standards, fall protection, lift operations, etc.).
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades on-site to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Travel to job sites across the Western U.S. for up to one week at a time.
Qualifications - 4+ years of experience as a commercial finish carpenter.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a crew.
- Experience with commercial carpentry projects (retail, grocery, or big-box stores preferred). Carpenters with residential experience are welcome to apply.
- OSHA-30 certification (preferred) and understanding of industry safety protocols.
- Proficiency with Android tablets and smartphones (for clocking in/out and reporting).
- Reliable work vehicle and mileage reimbursement provided for job sites located over 70 miles.
- Willingness to travel for assignments (per diem provided $50/overnight).
- Must have a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
