Job Description

High-end luxury residential building located on the East Side of Manhattan is looking to fill a temporary Concierge/Doorperson position. This role will be responsible for front-line response and desk requests and ensuring safety operations of the building for all residents and guests. Prior residential concierge experience is preferred; experience utilizing BuildingLink is a plus.

Job Specific Responsibilities and Duties:

• Interact with residents and guests in a professional and pleasant manner
• Professionally answer calls, take messages
• Receives all mail and packages and ensures proper distribution
• Liaise with building management and maintenance staff to respond to emergencies
• Stays alert and undistracted to provide full attention to entrances, exits, and security systems
• Monitors scheduled move-in/ move-out processes
• Maintains orderliness of the front desk

Pay: $20.96 per hour
