Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, proven experience leading Scrum in complex and ambiguous environments, and a passion for Agile advocacy. This role requires the ability to facilitate technical discussions, collaborate with peer teams, and drive continuous improvement in both process and product delivery.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM).
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, including leading teams in complex and ambiguous technical environments.

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong technical background with the ability to engage confidently with technical teams and peer groups.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating Scrum in environments characterized by complexity and ambiguity.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills, particularly in technical discussions.
• Ability to build relationships, foster trust, and resolve conflicts within and across teams.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Proven ability to coach and mentor others in Agile and technical best practices.
• Passion for continuous learning, improvement, and Agile advocacy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

• Experience working in Banking Domain.
