Seeking experienced full time/ seasonal Tax Preparers who want to build their book of business and advance their tax knowledge to join our network of professionals, serving clients with diverse tax needs.

Tax Preparer duties/ responsibilities:

• Calculate tax payments
• Estimate tax returns, deductibles, liabilities, and expenses
• Prepare quarterly and annual reports
• Collect data from income statements and expense documents
• Complete client's tax documentation with appropriate agencies, like the IRS, state and local government entities
• Build customer relationships to promote and expand the business
• Generating business growth, increasing client retention, and offering additional products and services
• Supporting teammates
• Answer questions and provide future tax planning to clients
• Explain federal and state tax laws to individuals and companies

Preferred Skills Experience:

• 1-2 years preferred
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• CPA or Enrolled Agent Certification (Preferred)
• Experience in completing complex returns; corporate & individual (Preferred)
• Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax
• Bilingual (bonus)
• Experience with Tax Preparation Software (quickbooks, crosslink, tax nitro, and tax dome) (bonus)
