We are searching for a talented attorney to join our team and play a vital role in our commitment to delivering exceptional tax resolutions to individuals and businesses. Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of up to 150 tax controversy clients efficiently
• Collaborate effectively with Enrolled Agents and Legal Assistants to ensure optimal task allocation
• Provide timely responses to client inquiries within one business day
• Uphold commitments and meet deadlines consistently
• Achieve billing and collection goals of 1500 hours per year with support from the Billing Specialist

Qualifications:

• Previous experience resolving tax controversy cases
• Master of Laws in Taxation
• Licensed with the United States Tax Court
• Tech-savvy
• Outgoing, energetic
