Job Description

About the role Role Overview The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and managing Swish World Group’s recruitment and hiring activities across all subsidiaries and regions. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this role ensures the Group attracts, assesses, and hires high-quality talent in a consistent, fair, and scalable manner within a remote-first organisation. This role is both strategic and hands-on, supporting growth across technical, operational, and corporate functions. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Strategy & Planning Develop and execute the Group-wide talent acquisition strategy Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce plans Prioritise and manage recruitment pipelines across multiple roles and regions End-to-End Recruitment Management Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role definition to offer acceptance Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates across functions Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience Process, Tools & Employer Brand Maintain and improve recruitment processes, tools, and documentation Support employer branding and job posting strategies Ensure consistency and fairness in hiring practices Stakeholder & Vendor Management Work closely with hiring managers and HR partners Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners Monitor recruitment performance and metrics Compliance & Reporting Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment and data protection laws Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation Provide regular recruitment updates and insights to HR leadership Expectations Deliver timely, high-quality hiring outcomes Operate with professionalism, fairness, and confidentiality Communicate clearly with candidates and internal stakeholders Work effectively in a fully remote, fast-paced environment

Requirements

Experience Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment management Experience recruiting across multiple functions and seniority levels Experience working in remote or international organisations preferred Background in technology, telecoms, or services-based organisations is an advantage Skills Strong sourcing, interviewing, and assessment skills Excellent stakeholder and candidate communication abilities Strong organisational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously Data-driven approach to recruitment performance Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Professional recruitment or HR certifications preferred but not required
