Qualifications: Must hold an Illinois PEL in teaching Deaf and Hard of Hearing; Itinerant experience is preferred Proficiency in American Sign Language is preferred, but not requiredThis is an in-person position only Must hold a drivers license to drive from school to school during the work day. Role Overview: As a Teacher of Visually Impaired (TVI) you will have the primary responsibility of specialized instruction and services required to meet the unique educational needs of students with visual impairments. This role offers the opportunity to work with young learners in a supportive school environment while making a lasting impact on their development.
