Surgical Tech

A Surgical Tech is needed in Fort Myers, FL

Titan Placement Group is currently seeking skilled Surgical Techs to join a dynamic healthcare team in Fort Myers, FL, situated in the picturesque Florida Suncoast. Salary and Benefits:

• Hourly pay range: $24 - $30
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 Payable on First Check
• Relocation Assistance: $5,000

Schedule:

• Shifts are generally 8 or 10 hours, with very few 12-hour shifts
• 2nd and 3rd shifts are available

Responsibilities:

• Assist surgical team during procedures as a Surgical Tech
• Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments
• Ensure sterile field is maintained throughout procedures
• Provide support to surgeons, nurses, and other team members as needed

Requirements:

• Must have completed a Surgical Technology Program (A.S. or Diploma)
• Surgical Technologist certification
• Trauma Experience Preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Surgical Tech
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proof of program completion required (certificate)
• If military, must provide a DD214 showing discharge status
