This is a dynamic, frontline leadership opportunity for a Registered Nurse with experience in oncology and a passion for patient-centered care. The Nurse Manager will oversee the daily operations of the surgical oncology unit—managing nursing practice, supervising care delivery, ensuring staff competency, and driving key performance metrics.
You will lead efforts to uphold evidence-based clinical standards while fostering a culture of accountability, compassion, and efficiency.
