Landmark Construction & Emergency Services has been the preferred company for both residential and commercial restoration services, repairs, and renovations in Memphis, TN for more than two decades. We are currently seeking an Estimator that can successfully meet both customer satisfaction and Landmark Construction’s goals.

Summary:

The Construction Estimator is responsible for timely and accurately completing the scope of work for restoring properties damaged by fire, water, smoke, and other catastrophes. The Estimator position’s main goal is to produce results that meet and exceed the customer’s expectations while following Landmark Constructions policies, procedures, and professional standards.

Essential Job Duties:

• Perform an initial job site visit to evaluate property and damage.
• Required to maintain regular contact with administrative, sales, marketing, and production management to ensure Landmark’s goals are met.
• Required to attend meetings and actively contribute to objectives set in the meetings.
• Use databases such as Xactimate, PSA, and Microsoft Office. Making sure to update notes and information daily.
• Manage and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to discuss the potential execution of projects.
• Works with the Project Manager throughout the course of the project to ensure the job is completed in a timely manner.
• Assist in distributing, explaining, and obtaining signed customer forms before the completion of the project.
• Assist Project Coordinators and Account Receivables with collecting monies due.
• Participate in the rotating on call schedule as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 3-5 years of restoration experience.
• High School Diploma.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Be able to work unsupervised. Must be independent and self-disciplined.
