**Responsibilities** In keeping with the French Hospital Medical Center philosophy, the Interventional Cardiology Registered Nurse is an experienced practitioner who demonstrates in-depth knowledge of nursing, patient care and the ability to practice independently. Also serves as a resource person as well as a preceptor. Under minimal supervision, identifies and implements nursing interventions that have less predictable outcomes and evaluates the results of these interventions for a given patient population. RN@DH **Qualifications** **Minimum Qualifications:** + Currently licensed by the State of California as a Registered Nurse. + Currently working in ICU or Cath Lab or within the last 2 years. + Critical Care nursing experience is required, primarily in cardiovascular nursing. + Current BLS certification. + Current ACLS within 90 days from date of hire. + Ability to assess patients & deliver care according to specific needs of all age groups. Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire.
