Job Description

Horticulture Services is currently accepting applications for our Snow Plow Skid Steer Operator (On-call) position. The primary purpose of this position is to remove snow (while operating a skid steer) from driveways at homeowner associations. • Pay starts at $42.00 per hour ($46.00 per hour if you have previously plowed for Horticulture Services).
• This is an On-call position, that is, able to be contacted to provide snow removal service when necessary.
• Primary purpose is to remove snow from driveways at homeowner associations.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Safely operate a skid steer during winter conditions. 
• Willingness to receive training to gain an understanding of the Horticulture Services approach to Snow Removal.
• Follow instructions from Supervisor. 

Requirements include, but not limited to:

• Need reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must have some skid steer operating experience, and thus be able to show competency prior to hiring.
