Snow & Ice Pros, Inc. , a leader in the snow management industry for over 35 years, is hiring Skid Steer and Loader Operators for the upcoming winter season. Our team is known for rapid response, professional communication, and exceptional service—and we need skilled operators to help us maintain safe and accessible parking lots across the Region.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate skid steers and/or loaders to remove snow from commercial properties
• Respond quickly to dispatch calls and weather events
• Perform pre- and post-operation equipment checks
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a professional work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience operating skid steer or loader equipment (required)
• Strong ability to work in cold, snowy, and often fast-paced environments
• Availability on short notice throughout the winter season (November–April)
• A valid driver’s license is essential for this position
