JOB SUMMARY
AND PURPOSE
Cantina Laredo Server Assistants are responsible for the cleanliness
of the dining room and assisting servers with drink orders and chip set
-up. Associate understands that the focus of the job is to \make the guest want to come back\ by exceeding their expectations.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Consistent and timely maintenance of table settings, dining room and overall restaurant
cleanliness.
•Maintain service alley and restroom cleanliness, including stocking.
•Cleans spills and messes that occur in the dining room or entrance area; maintains the cleanliness of these areas.
• Prompt, courteous deliver of chip set-up and refills.
•Coorperates with and supports food service function.
•Removes soiled items from guest table
•Unloads soiled dishes in dish area and unloads tray

•Maintains a mature, polished, friendly, professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
•Personal appearance in accordance with Company standard
•Must work well with limited supervision and highly interactive with coworkers to accomplish work.
•Punctual and dependable.
•Follows Company \Serving Alcohol Responsibly\ program.
REQUIREMENTS
•Training/Permits: Food Handlers Permit where required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Significant movement required throughout shift. Standing, stooping, twisting upper body, grasping and handling small, heavy objects. Carrying trays of dishes weighing up to 30 pounds from dining room to kitchen 40 to 60 times per shift as well as the ability to sweep and mop.
Move kegs weighing up to 140 pounds with the help of a hand truck.
