The Role

We're hiring an SEO Specialist who's part strategist, part technician, and 100% growth junkie . You'll own the entire organic acquisition machine — from technical audits and content roadmaps to link-building strategies and conversion experiments.

This is a founder-style role with full ownership of one of our highest-leverage growth levers. You'll be expected to:

• Scale traffic from thousands to millions
  
• Out-rank, out-optimize, and outmaneuver every competitor
  
• Turn pages into pipelines — traffic into revenue, not just rankings
  
• Build content systems that compound over time
  
• Collaborate directly with engineering, content, and product to ship FAST
  
• Hunt for opportunities others miss. Exploit them before anyone notices.
  

You'll work directly with the CEO. No politics. No fluff. Just clear KPIs, big bets, and room to swing hard.

Responsibilities

• Own our entire SEO strategy — technical, on-page, off-page, content, all of it
  
• Conduct technical audits and partner with engineers to fix, improve, and scale
  
• Build a ruthless, high-velocity content roadmap with a focus on monetizable keywords
  
• Lead link acquisition strategies — high-quality, high-ROI only
  
• Develop systems to track performance, spot ranking swings, and respond fast
  
• Test, iterate, and repeat — always chasing the next level of growth
  
• Turn organic search into one of our most dominant growth channels
  

This isn't about checking boxes. It's about dominating organic in a way that drives the business, not just traffic.

Who You Are

You're not a consultant. You're not looking for “balance.”

You're a growth operator disguised as an SEO — someone who:

• Has 3–6+ years of hands-on SEO experience that actually moved the needle
  
• Knows how to prioritize for impact , not just check best practices
  
• Can code your way out of a crawl issue — or rally devs who can
  
• Writes like a strategist, not a robot — understands search intent , not just volume
  
• Loves chasing rankings, but cares more about revenue
  
• Has built or ranked something from 0 to 1 M+ monthly sessions — and knows how to do it again
  
• Thinks in systems, tests like a scientist, and scales like a madperson
  
• Is ready to work 60–80 hours/week on a mission worth bleeding for
