About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on SEO Specialist who thrives on data, knows their way around search engines, and gets excited about climbing the Google rankings. You’ll be the go-to person for all things SEO, helping us drive traffic, improve visibility and make sure our locations shine online. ✨

What You’ll Be Doing: 

🔍 Run in-depth keyword research to find growth opportunities
📊 Analyze Google SERPs to inform our content strategy
🕵️‍♂️ Perform competitor audits and spot content gaps
🗓 Build and maintain SEO-driven content calendars
📝 Develop content briefs based on top-performing search results
🔧 Optimize pages with top-notch on-page SEO (titles, meta, links, etc.)
🚨 Perform regular SEO and backlink audits
📈 Track keyword rankings and site performance
📍 Manage business listings on Google Maps, Apple Maps, and Bing
🧭 Use tools like Yext to ensure NAP accuracy across directories
🕷 Run technical audits and report bugs that impact UX or SEO
🧠 Stay on top of SEO trends and competitor activity
📑 Provide regular reports on traffic, rankings, and overall health

What We’re Looking For

✅ Solid background in SEO Marketing
✅ Proven track record with backlink campaigns and on-page optimization
✅ Pro with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz
✅ Familiarity with Yext or similar for managing listings
✅ Comfortable working with multi-location SEO strategies
✅ Detail-oriented, analytical, and self-motivated
✅ Bonus if you’ve worked in real estate, local services, or facility-based industries! 🏢
