The Ecosystem Engineering team is a horizontal team of strategically deployed engineers that live at the intersection of business, technology, and innovation in the Solana ecosystem. We support teams small and large by providing technical guidance, architecture review, and maximize our leverage by driving adoption of technical public goods through code and coordination.
Solana Foundation is hiring a Senior Web Engineer to build and evolve the digital front door to the Solana ecosystem: solana.com and beyond. This role sits at the intersection of design, development, and developer education, and requires strong collaboration across events, marketing, and DevRel teams. You’ll help craft elegant, high-performing websites and tools that guide millions of developers and users through their first (and fiftieth) experience with Solana.
You will be:
Owning major parts of Solana.com from architecture to implementation and ensuring it stays fast, responsive, and delightful
Managing multiple agency relationships and ensuring their output aligns with brand, quality, and performance expectations
Working closely with developer relations to continuously improve developer-focused landing pages and interactive experiences
Collaborating with events and marketing teams to deliver polished, performant web campaigns under tight timelines
Driving SEO, localization, and internationalization strategy for all public web properties
You ideally have:
5+ years of experience in modern web development, including React, headless CMSs (e.g. Sanity, Contentful), and continuous deployment workflows
Deep expertise in SEO best practices and how they intersect with performance and UX
Experience designing and maintaining internationalized websites across multiple languages and regions
A sharp eye for detail, with a passion for clean, functional design and intuitive user experiences
Strong communication and project management skills: you can align stakeholders and guide agencies to execute
Bonus points:
Experience working in crypto or Web3, or a curiosity about blockchain technology
Previous contributions to developer tooling or education
Familiarity with analytics and A/B testing tools
An affinity for beautiful landing pages and a strong portfolio to show for it
