Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead the development and execution of the Member 360 initiative, a strategic effort to centralize and streamline membership data across the organization. This role will be pivotal in enabling faster, more accurate access to member insights for internal teams by building a single source of truth for membership and item data. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including data engineering, planning, and business stakeholders to drive product strategy, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of foundational data assets. Own and drive roadmaps and related data products. Collaborate with stakeholders to align on goals and priorities. Serve as the primary point of contact for membership and item data initiatives. Lead technical discussions and problem-solving across GCP (BigQuery) and Azure platforms. Perform hands-on data validation, identify discrepancies, and ensure data quality. Track and manage migration plans, cutover strategies, and timeline dependencies. Create and maintain RACI matrices, product plans, and documentation. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proactively identify and reduce cross-functional dependencies to accelerate delivery. Support user inquiries and provide technical guidance during implementation phases. Skills and Requirements 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in data or platform products. Strong technical background with hands-on experience in GCP (BigQuery) and Azure. Proven ability to manage complex data products and work closely with data engineering teams. Experience with stakeholder management, especially in large enterprise environments. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and solve technical problems with minimal guidance.
