Overview

As a Senior Copywriter, you will

• Understand the basics of storytelling and how to bring an idea to life.
• Think conceptually and write for different media — video, social, digital, out-of-home, etc.
• Inspire clients and team members with beautifully crafted copy.
• Know what’s trending, what’s great work and the difference between the two.
• Collaborate with team members including strategy, account, tech and others.
• Have a strong work ethic and unremitting attention to detail
• Know how to take feedback and build on it.

Qualifications

• A four-year degree and at least four years at a competitive creative agency.
• Energy, a sense of humor, and an open and curious mind — yes, these things really do matter. So does being straightforward, candid and, above all, respectful — of the work and your peers.
• Awards are a nice bonus, but original breakthrough ideas and real creative problem-solving are even better.
• Strong experience with TV and social
• Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.

Compensation Range: $111,435.00 - $125,925.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
