About Us:
We are a family office managing a diverse portfolio, including real estate, trusts, and various investments . We are seeking an Accountant to oversee financial reporting and day-to-day accounting functions across multiple entities.
Role Overview:
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role requires a strong foundation in accounting, experience with multi-entity structures, and advanced Excel skills .
Key Responsibilities:
Handle general accounting functions , including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for trusts, real estate holdings, and other investments.
Maintain accurate records across multiple entities , ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
Assist with estate planning and trust-related financial management .
Work with senior leadership to provide financial insights and reporting .
Utilize Excel for financial analysis, data management, and reporting .
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (preferably in real estate, trusts, or multi-entity structures).
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, financial modeling, and complex formulas).
Experience with trusts, estate planning, or real estate accounting is a plus.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized.
CPA or public accounting experience is a plus but not required.
