Job Description

Falken Industries is seeking a highly qualified Site Security Manager (SSM) to oversee and implement security protocols on a large-scale construction project located in Aurora, Colorado . The ideal candidate will bring strong construction-site experience, proven training and leadership skills, and a solid background in managing security operations in dynamic, high-risk environments.

This role involves managing and scheduling personnel, overseeing access control and accreditation, and ensuring full compliance with federal security regulations. The position demands flexibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work extended hours in a heavy construction setting .

• Lead and manage all aspects of site security operations for a large classified construction project.
• Direct daily activities of on-site security personnel, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain security training programs for new and existing staff.
• Manage access control systems and oversee the accreditation process for all site personnel and visitors.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Falken Industries, client representatives, and government security officials.
• Create and maintain shift schedules and personnel assignments.
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure consistent adherence to safety and security protocols.
• Respond to and manage incidents, security breaches, or emergencies as needed.
• Ensure thorough documentation and reporting for all security-related activities.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in site security management, preferably on classified or high-value construction projects.
• Construction site experience is required.
• Proven experience in training personnel and implementing security and safety programs .
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills , including oversight of diverse teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check , including potential government vetting for TS/SCI clearance .
• Current SECRET clearance or above is preferred but not required.
