As a Security Guard with Integrity Security Hawaiʻi, you’ll help maintain a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for our clients and their guests. You’ll represent the company with integrity, confidence, and aloha — ensuring safety and respect in every interaction.
Patrol and monitor premises to prevent theft, trespassing, and safety hazards
Enforce site rules and regulations in a professional, respectful manner
Control access points and verify credentials for authorized entry
Provide excellent customer service and assist guests or tenants as needed
Respond quickly and calmly to emergencies or alarms
Prepare accurate incident and activity reports
Work collaboratively with other guards and management
Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times
Valid Hawaiʻi Guard Card (required for active posts)
No experience required — training and guidance provided for new applicants
Strong communication and observation skills
Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellence
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
