What You'll Do:

• Curate custom itineraries based on client needs and preferences

• Research hotels, experiences, dining, and excursions around the world

• Communicate with top-tier suppliers and vendors to arrange seamless travel

• Prepare professional proposals, invoices, and travel documents

• Respond to client questions and support them before, during, and after their trip

• Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and supplier tools

• Participate in optional ongoing training and team masterminds

• Build lasting relationships with your clients and create repeat/referral business

What You Bring:

• A passion for travel and helping others

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Great written and verbal communication

• A self-starter mindset, you love managing your own schedule

• Comfortable using tech tools like email, booking platforms, and CRM systems

• Bonus: Previous customer service, travel, marketing, or sales experience

Extra Bonus: Bilingual or multilingual (Spanish highly valued)

• A reliable computer or laptop

• Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Marketing, or Business
