**Your Responsibilities:**
- Assist clients in finding the best insurance policies to meet their needs.
- Provide virtual consultations via phone or video conferencing.
- Use our CRM and automation tools to manage leads efficiently.
- Stay informed about industry trends and carrier products.
- Build long-term client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
**What We’re Looking For:**
- A self-motivated and coachable individual.
- Previous experience in sales or insurance is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to obtain an insurance license (if not already licensed).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with online platforms.
